Fragen rund um individuelle Logo Gestaltung und individuelle Layoutgestaltung

  • How can I order from you?
If you know exactly what you want, you can easily order it in the shop. If you don't know exactly what you want and you need advice, you can contact me at any time using the various contact options and I'll be happy to advise you.
  • If I have a layout designed, will it be sent to me directly?
No You pay for the advice and the design time for the layout, if you want to have the layout you have to buy usage rights from me, so you can then have the files sent to you and print them yourself or have them printed.
  • Can I order my own layout to be printed from you?
Yes, but it has certain prerequisites: • The color space must be in CMYK • Bleed of plus 3 mm all around • A safety distance of 3 mm must be maintained within the finished data format • The file must be in PDF format (PDF for printing/printing) and have at least 300 dpi (e.g. if you have worked with Canva, it must be saved as a PDF print or this format I need to continue working). • for stamps it is very helpful if it is a ready-to-use vector graphic (if it is not a vector graphic, there will be an additional cost to convert the file into a vector graphic). If I have to adjust everything, there is an additional charge, which you can buy here.
  • What payment methods do you offer?
I only offer prepayment, you can pay by bank transfer or Paypal. The design and printing will not begin until payment has been received.
  • How long is the processing time?
Processing time varies by product. The logo design can take about 2-5 weeks. The design of the different layouts can also take about 1-5 weeks. The time it takes for the layout to be printed is about 3-5 working days. An express version is also possible, but costs €20.00 extra and then has a total duration of 14 days (design and printing).
  • Can I also take out a subscription/standing order for print products?
Yes, you can set up a subscription/standing order for certain print products and thus save money. You can then manage them in your customer account.
  • Where does the printed matter come from?
Your printed matter will be delivered to your home, fresh from the press, from a local printer I work with.
  • Can I also get products that are not in the shop?
You can always ask if you can get your product from me, I'll look it up for you and calculate the price for you. So feel free to ask. ;-)
